If you're passing through Chartres and want to eat a pizza at the foot of the Cathedral, stop at La Passacaille. They're certainly too humble to say they're world champions. The dough is exceptional, and all the customers around me agree that they're excellent. We also tried the tarte tatin and the tiramisu... we absolutely don't regret not resisting the temptation.

An excellent dining experience! We ate very well and the service was fast and efficient. I opted for the VBF French Beef Tagliata, and I must say it was simply excellent! The cooking, requested between medium and well done, was perfectly respected. The homemade fries are a real delight, you can taste the quality in every bite. And to top it all off, the pizzas (Prosciutto & Mediterranean) are also delicious. A very good restaurant, to recommend without hesitation!

We were able to dine with friends upstairs. It's quiet and cozy. The burrata carpaccio and salad were very good, and the tiramisu was super generous. We had a wonderful evening. Alexandre's service was perfect from the moment we arrived, anticipating our needs: water, bread, a chilled bottle, and explaining the menu. Very friendly!

Average mountain pizza.
Salad with mozzarella. I don't remember the name, but the mozzarella had no flavor and seemed to have come back from freezing. While the service and welcome were good, we didn't enjoy the food.
