Superb restaurant ideally located by the water...and with a shaded terrace. Excellent cuisine. Impeccable service. Highly recommended. (One of the few restaurants open on Sundays in Sainte-Menehould)

The restaurant has a pleasant setting (terrace overlooking the Aisne River). The meal was good, but nothing particularly exciting. It's a shame about the food and drink shortages, which are always frustrating for us customers.

Given that there were few restaurants open in the area, we found this nice place with a very attentive and friendly waitress, and we had a decent meal. The beer was excellent, the charcuterie and cheese platter was plentiful but of average quality, and there was an excellent cheesecake and a good tartare.

The setting is lovely for lunch on the terrace, but the food is a different story. I ordered a warm goat cheese salad, a type of salad I usually order in restaurants when I travel. To my surprise, it wasn't sliced ​​goat cheese, but a spreadable goat cheese spread on simple slices of bread. There were no raw vegetables except for a meager green salad and a few tomato cubes that you have to search for in the middle of the salad. It was really too small a portion. All that for €15 is a real rip-off. The rest of the menu is expensive for the quality of the food, which is a real shame because the setting is beautiful.

A must-try for us when eating in Sainte-Menehould, especially in the summer with their terrace overlooking the water! Original decor, a nice cocktail and drinks menu, and very good food. High chairs for children are a nice touch. Lovely selection of desserts, and they also offer a gourmet coffee! Pleasant setting with the municipal park and bandstand next door!

10/04/2026: An establishment we've frequented for several years and greatly appreciate. The brasserie is welcoming, and the restaurant offers not only a terrace for sunny days but also a lovely, very pleasant dining room with a fireplace. The service is simply perfect, combining a smile with attentiveness. An impressive wine list and carefully prepared dishes. The hotel, and particularly the annex, is very comfortable, clean, and well-decorated. All this at reasonable prices, so you don't leave feeling overwhelmed and you'll want to return. A big thank you to the entire team for a consistently excellent experience and, as is often the case, a wonderful Logis de France establishment. See you soon.
