A very good restaurant, however, the quality/price ratio, or more precisely, the quantity/price ratio, could be improved. The dishes are excellent, but the portions are minimal, especially the risotto, which was finished in less than 10 forkfuls. It would be helpful to offer a set menu such as a starter/main course/dessert or something similar. This would also help customers understand what type of establishment they are in, because, incidentally, we were misled by old, generously portioned photos and didn't realize it was a semi-gastronomic restaurant (especially since we saw raclette on the menu, something I've never seen in this type of restaurant). As a result, we only ordered individual dishes and were still hungry when we left. The service was efficient and pleasant; overall, we had a good time.

A romantic dinner at La Pastourelle. We ordered à la carte and everything was perfect from start to finish. Refined, high-quality dishes made with local ingredients. The service was pleasant, efficient, and friendly. The portions were very generous, especially since the chef offers surprise amuse-bouches with the starters and pre-desserts. As a result, we returned the following evening, and everything was just as good. A restaurant offering this level of quality in the resort really stands out. However, a word of caution to those who prefer McDonald's and hamburgers: this isn't the place for you, and you'll avoid writing unreasonable reviews (to each their own). We will gladly return next winter.
