Today's discovery: the potato farm in St. Jean du Falga. Ample free parking in front. Huge dining rooms in a lovely setting. Friendly welcome. Served immediately...and no appointment necessary. Dish of the day: duck aiguillettes, overcooked in my opinion, with potatoes as well. Wine decent for the price. Dessert: baked apple with apricot compote and honey in a puff pastry that wasn't cooked enough for my taste. Go try it for yourself.

Unlike 2 or 3 months ago, we did not have chilled white wine and no pretzels for an aperitif (too bad). On the other hand, very good in terms of meals.

13/09/2024: The v and b Pamiers could be a v and b like the others in France....except that in Pamiers there is Inès on the staff. Friendly, efficient and dynamic, after work has never been the same since she arrived. Long live beer, wine and Inès....
27/08/2024: Local alcohol sales, with a bar area to have a drink and a small terrace. It was on the outskirts of the city, and had a lot of atmosphere. Too bad it will close at 8:00 p.m. Maybe too soon
