LA PATTE D' OIE sur Mennecy

We highly recommend La Patte d'Oie, a great restaurant with efficient service in a beautiful setting. The atmosphere is pleasant, with lovely features like the fireplace and the view of the pond. We were celebrating my mother's 80th birthday, and everything was perfect. Thank you again for the delicious birthday cake (Paris-Brest).

The setting is very pretty, a very beautiful restaurant. The food is so-so, even if the presentation is decent. The service doesn't live up to this otherwise lovely place. The waitresses want to clear your table before you've even taken a sip of your aperitif. Mine was cleared without me even being asked, even though I hadn't finished it. Their blasé, unenthusiastic, and abrupt attitude ruined everything that makes this restaurant charming. The staff nibbles at your fries while bringing your food and chews while serving you—very professional indeed! 😎

I discovered this lovely restaurant on Saturday evening. I was delighted with the welcome; the two waitresses were fantastic. The food was delicious, and with the setting, everything was perfect for a wonderful evening! I highly recommend it :)

What a wonderful evening! We celebrated my wife's birthday at La Patte d'Oie in early February with family and friends; there were 18 of us. The setting is warm and inviting, on the edge of a pond bordered by white birch trees. There's a central fireplace, comfortable sofas, and large bay windows overlooking the pond and its surrounding forest. Fred and Anna created a bespoke evening for us, which all our guests thoroughly enjoyed. From our very first contact, they listened carefully to our preferences regarding the space, the menu, and the decorations. There was a wide enough selection of dishes to ensure everyone found something they liked. And above all, their kindness and friendly manner make you want to return. See you soon! We had a lovely time in this beautiful corner of Essonne! The setting is magnificent, with a warm and inviting atmosphere. The decor is tasteful, very "natural," and the fireplace was a welcome touch. The food was delicious, and the staff was efficient.
