A delightful discovery! The food was incredibly fresh and flavorful, with surprising combinations, using locally sourced ingredients daily, all in a peaceful setting. The welcome was warm and the service impeccable; there were ten of us, but we didn't have to wait at all.
If you're looking for a wonderful and delicious meal, you won't be disappointed.

A wonderful time at La Pause Gourmande! The outdoor terrace is lovely, the service is impeccable and very friendly, and the roasted pear brioche... truly! So delicious!

Passing through Auray in early August, we chose this little restaurant on a whim. We received a very warm welcome from the owner, along with our dog, in a lovely little setting, and we thoroughly enjoyed our meal. The fish was excellent, fresh, and perfectly cooked, and the homemade dessert was delicious. Everyone was smiling from beginning to end, and the price was very reasonable. A big thank you! I highly recommend it!

A perfect meal!
There were four of us.
I ordered fish with chorizo sauce, and they were very accommodating, quickly preparing another sauce without meat. Thank you to the chef!

While on holiday in Morbihan, and visiting Auray, we were tempted by this restaurant which seemed to be well-regarded. The manager, who also takes orders and serves, gave us a very friendly and relaxed welcome. The set menu we chose was very well prepared; the dishes were full of flavor, a slightly modern style of cooking, despite the "traditional" sign. Definitely worth trying. Good value for money: €22.50 for the three-course set menu.
