03/05/2026: The food tastes good, and the portions are generous, no complaints there. Service: only 3 stars because if you don't go early, the food runs out quickly, and they don't offer to remake your sandwich like almost every other bakery would... This means lost revenue for the day and even for future lunches after 1 p.m. Atmosphere: a rather haughty, curt, and unfriendly waitress with glasses... It's a shame these last two points detract from the overall experience.

25/03/2026: A fairly typical bakery for this chain. However, if the shop's self-proclaimed manager could have stopped shouting into her phone in the middle of the shop (we couldn't hear each other properly with the saleswoman behind the counter...), it would have been great. Customers shouldn't have to endure her discussion about her "management style" or the "delivery delays" of some supplier or other...
