La pause tourrettane sur Tourrettes

I discovered Tourettes and its maze of little streets adorned with paintings and sculptures by local artists. It's beautiful, peaceful, and relaxing; you stroll to the sound of cicadas, then you arrive at the town hall square, and it's time for a relaxing break. A magnificent terrace shaded by century-old plane trees offers a superb view... Perfect!

A charming terrace overlooking the valley, away from passing cars, under a huge plane tree in the small town square. Seasonal cuisine, with special mention for the zucchini blossom fritters and the lentil salad with citrus and marinated salmon. A must-try!

Excellent restaurant in the town of Tourette. A truly unique setting with a stunning view. The dishes are homemade using fresh, local ingredients. I also highly recommend the artisanal ice cream.

This restaurant has reopened, and that's wonderful. It's one of the few in the canton that's open on Mondays. The terrace near the town hall overlooks the valley and the castle. Yesterday was a full moon, the view was magnificent, the temperature perfect, and there weren't any mosquitoes. We were a group of 14, and the terrace was full. I personally enjoyed the chicken tagine with lemon, and the citrus dessert with peach ice cream was refreshing. The local wine from La Grande Bastide was excellent.

Restaurants not to be missed in this picturesque village. We thoroughly enjoyed the food, and the menu, written on a chalkboard, demonstrates the use of fresh, local produce. We will definitely return on our next visit! 😊

This has become one of my favorite restaurants, with its minimalist menu that makes the food incredibly fresh and carefully curated. The wine list is excellent, ranging from perfectly acceptable carafes to fine bottles; there's something to complement your meal. 😉 Beyond the food, it's the excellent service and the waitresses' politeness that truly enhance the experience. They always offer water on the table and always check to see if everything is alright or if you need anything. This is rare these days, so I wanted to highlight it. The view, the ambiance, and the village make this a truly perfect place to dine with family or as a couple. While you might disagree with the boldness of the cuisine, to each their own. It's not exactly budget-friendly, so it's worth taking a look at the menu before you sit down to make sure it's to your liking.
