Passing through La Ciotat, I went to dinner at La Pêcherie on a recommendation. I was pleasantly surprised by the warm welcome and the friendliness of the staff… Then the mussels and fries were very good, with a special mention for the local wine. 😉 As for the atmosphere, it was quite calm, but apparently they organize themed evenings on weekends!

The service was excellent. We had a very good lunch with the set menu for €19.50. The mussels and fries were delicious and the mussels very fresh. The place is very pleasant and the welcome was warm.

Thank you to our waitress Habiba, who greeted us with such a cheerful disposition. We came in for two coffees, and even though it was a restaurant, she welcomed us, so we ended up having lunch there. Habiba and her team were great, including Laura in the kitchen and her colleague Olivier—all incredibly pleasant people! Thanks again to these three: Habiba, Olivier, and Laura! We had a wonderful time at this restaurant, which we stumbled upon on Christmas Eve. We received a very warm welcome, the food was good, and the waiter, who might even be the owner, was friendly. The prices are reasonable, and it's definitely worth a visit.

21/04/2026: We visit La Ciotat several times a year and we always go here. It's become our go-to pizza place over the years. We know the place by now. The food is great, the selection is good, and above all, it's delicious! Excellent value for money. Always friendly service! We always eat on the beach! See you soon at Dea's Pizza!
