Overall, the experience was very satisfying, both in terms of the quality of the service and the food. The deliberately concise lunch menu is a real plus: it allows the restaurant to showcase high-quality, well-chosen, and carefully prepared ingredients. My only slight reservation concerns the veal kidney, which I found a little too rare. Furthermore, serving it whole slightly detracts from the presentation and, psychologically, makes it less appealing. Pre-carving and a more refined presentation would be more appropriate for this type of dish.
