Snails with tarragon butter, a real treat. And what can we say about the sweetbreads, otherwise delicious! And all this served with a smile 😃. Well done.

I already knew: very well! I came back in October. Cuisine as refined as ever. a delight! , superb view, charming staff. Too bad it's 300km from my home, I would go very often.
