A terrace with an exceptional view of the church and the castle of this charming village.
Decent cuisine (pork, salad fries, good gourmet coffee, at extra cost).
But a deplorable reception.
Answers to innocuous questions asked politely "barked" in an exasperated and curt tone by the boss
(Where are the toilets?, Is there salad with the fries?)
Faced with the completely excessive wait to take our order, we just asked if it was possible to take it. This person arrived to ask us curtly and in a nasty tone "Do you have an appointment?"
It wasn't humor!
There would be other times to mention where she treated us like dogs. Never seen that.
Damage!
Called in for a coffee after wandering around the local church listening to choir practice. Service was prompt but not rushed and our coffees were fresh made and lovely. Very reasonably priced.
