There were 5 of us eating and everyone was delighted Very good cuisine, good value for money... but bistronomic so not generous in quantity... too bad...

It's a good place and this time it was to drink a draft beer (Chouffe).

Very nice place, nice decor, great welcome at the entrance. On the other hand, we were disappointed by the grace of fondue...

Oh top fast service, attentive to the customer, and very well received. But most importantly it’s really very good I tried the tartare, the pizza, the tuna, the raclette….!

La Fabrik is a really nice restaurant. The welcome is very warm, the atmosphere is great and the location in Brides Les Bains is ideal. The home cooking is excellent with very good value for money. Well done 👏 to Théo and his entire team for welcoming us.

Very good address. We had a blast! We tried quite a few dishes in 3 weeks at Brides and we were never disappointed. And what's more, the staff is friendly. In short, go there with your eyes closed (but open them again on site, because what's more, the dishes are beautifully presented ;))

An emblematic establishment in Brides les Bains, open all year round with sophisticated and delicious dishes. The desserts are delicious. A sure value. In addition, the boss and his team are very considerate and warm. I highly recommend going there, you will not be disappointed.
