12/10/2026: A truly wonderful experience at L’Émulsion! Everything was excellent from start to finish. The cuisine was full of flavor, expertly prepared, and above all, incredibly delicious. The chef and his entire team are top-notch, both in the kitchen and in the dining room. This restaurant definitely deserves its Michelin star!
02/10/2026: An amazing culinary experience with exceptional presentation. The food and drink pairings were simply perfect, with unexpected combinations and delightful surprises. A special mention goes to the perfectly prepared late-summer tomato. We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves once again in a warm atmosphere with flawlessly orchestrated service!
