We've been to L'Émulsion several times already, and honestly, it's always a fantastic experience. It's the kind of place where you know you're going to have a wonderful evening as soon as you walk through the door. The food is truly incredible: refined, bursting with flavor, and made with perfectly prepared local ingredients. You can feel the immense skill and passion behind every dish. Frankly, we enjoy it every time. And beyond the food, the owners are absolutely lovely. The welcome is warm, simple, and genuine… You feel right at home. Last time, we tried the cellar dining experience for the first time with friends, and it was simply amazing. A super convivial atmosphere, our playlist playing in the background thanks to the provided speaker, the feeling of being "at home," but with dishes worthy of a gourmet restaurant. It's quite rare to experience something like that. We had a truly memorable, timeless evening. A truly wonderful place that we recommend without hesitation.

A well-deserved star for the entire team. A true art of showcasing our local products and (re)introducing flavors. A chef whose expertise honors gastronomy. As for the food and soft drink pairing chosen by my partner, it was delicious, which isn't always easy! Finally, it's best to stay longer to fully appreciate the setting of the guesthouse. A hidden gem in Isère! A warm welcome and a place where you feel right at home. The chef offers creative and delicious cuisine, bursting with flavor and authenticity, using local, regional products. We had a delightful evening and we'll be back. We highly recommend it!

My friends and I had a wonderful time 👍. The welcome and service were excellent, the dishes were beautifully presented and delicious 🍽🍷. The chef is very friendly, and we even had the privilege of visiting his wine cellar 🍾🍷.

Third time at L’Émulsion and just as enjoyable as the first time. We discovered a wealth of new flavors, many featuring local products. The new version of the signature dessert is perfect. Special mention goes to the squash-based appetizer. The wine pairings are perfect, and the same goes for the non-alcoholic options!

The food was very good, however, the menu wasn't clear enough about what was included in the wine pairing. We were told the aperitif wasn't included only after it had already been served. Furthermore, the young waiter was unpleasant and haughty, resulting in a lack of friendliness and communication.

A culinary journey like we rarely get the chance to experience! Special mention for the very original non-alcoholic food and drink pairings.
