Excellent experience for our wedding anniversary. We enjoyed a delicious meal of high-quality, locally sourced ingredients. We were very pleased with the excellent service from the staff. The venue is charming. We will gladly return.

Our experience at this restaurant was simply exceptional! I visited for my birthday and I will definitely return because the pace is very well timed, the food is divine, the chefs' explanations are excellent, and the focus on seasonal dishes and local produce is very ethical; it was perfect.

Absolutely fantastic. The service, the quality of the cuisine—everything is meticulously planned, down to the smallest detail— It's truly sublime. The setting is magnificent too. The wine pairings are very precise, and the non-alcoholic pairings are absolutely exceptional. I admire this chef's work; I go there regularly and can see how his cuisine evolves alongside him. There's no menu: the chef creates his own set menu, adapting it to each guest's allergies. In short, an absolutely incredible restaurant in every respect. Highly recommended!

The cuisine of Michelin-starred chef Romain Hubert is exceptional. The dishes are creative and inviting. The flavors clearly live up to the visual appeal of the plates; it's a delight from start to finish, everything is perfectly executed. They use ultra-locally sourced products, including those from the Isère region (yes, even the yuzu lemons!). The wine and drink pairings are well worth the trip. We were thrilled with our visit and will gladly return to try their second location, Lo Fieu.

We've been to L'Émulsion several times already, and honestly, it's always a fantastic experience. It's the kind of place where you know you're going to have a wonderful evening as soon as you walk through the door. Frankly, we enjoy it every time. And beyond the food, the owners are absolutely lovely. The welcome is warm, simple, and genuine… You feel right at home. Last time, we tried the cellar dining experience for the first time with friends, and it was simply amazing. A super convivial atmosphere, our playlist playing in the background thanks to the provided speaker, the feeling of being "at home," but with dishes worthy of a gourmet restaurant. It's quite rare to experience something like that. We had a truly memorable, timeless evening. A truly wonderful place that we recommend without hesitation.
