We absolutely loved this restaurant and its under-35 menu! We had a wonderful evening celebrating our 17th birthday. Everything was perfect, from the appetizers to the desserts. Special mention goes to the food and wine pairings, the food and soft drink pairings, and the tomato-based dish. We can't wait to come back and try the guest rooms! 🥰

L'Émulsion is a gourmet restaurant that excels in creating dishes that are each more delicious than the last, and it's incredibly creative. The fish dishes are remarkable, and the "soft" option, replacing the traditional wine pairing, is perfect. The service is creative; the kitchen staff even brings the dishes to us.
