A lovely restaurant with truly high-quality food! The portions are perfect, the seasonings are well-balanced, and the presentation is beautiful. The staff is welcoming and friendly, and there's hardly any wait! Reservations are recommended. They even made a very pretty birthday cake!

25/5/26 Next time has arrived. A small dinner for two at the foot of the old forge. Always perfect, with interesting and varied flavor combinations. A slight disappointment with my partner's dessert, the chocolate dome: quite large on the plate and perhaps not well balanced between the mousse, the praline crunch, and the raspberry fondant center.
But it remains a very good place... perhaps until next time 😉
