In the middle of a trek in the Vanoise mountains, due to a lack of available mountain huts, I had to descend to Tignes... and I have absolutely no regrets! I ate one of the best fondues I've ever tasted! Far from being a tourist trap, the place is charming and the staff very friendly. Thank you for this lovely experience!

A wonderful discovery this Friday evening. A warm and elegant place. Beautifully presented table. The Savoyard fondue was delicious, one of the best I've ever had. A very warm welcome, and the waitress was very kind and smiling. Go without hesitation.

A wonderful evening in this small, intimate restaurant. The welcome was warm and friendly. The typical Savoyard dishes were generously served. The choice of flavors was original... The Arctic char was delicious, and the presentation of the dishes was elegant. Quality and freshness... Everything is homemade, right down to the dessert. A great place with a warm atmosphere and chalet-style decor... An address to remember!

30/03/2026: A really lovely restaurant that hosted our table of eight. Great value for money, and the fondues are simply AMAZING! But the most incredible thing is the owner, Karim. Restaurant l'Armailly

28/04/2026: We had a lunch and dinner here and it was the best restaurant of the week. Service was quick without being rushed and the staff were very friendly. Also there was no pressure to have a full 3-5 course meal like some good French restaurants. We had a single course at each meal and were made to feel as welcomed as the table spending far more than is. Would recommend this restaurant to anyone in the area. The evening bus from 1800 is also very close.
31/03/2026: Fast, efficient and above all, reasonable prices for Tignes!
