The introductory brewing and tasting course is truly fascinating. Aïden, the British guy from Marseille, is very patient and precise. His anecdotes, his knowledge, and his accent kept the two hours flowing; I didn't even notice the time passing. We got hands-on experience, tasted everything—it was fantastic!
