La Petite Reine sur Duclair

16/03/2026: We had a delightful meal at this little inn in the heart of Duclair, starting with a puff pastry ballotine of snails, followed by calf's head with vinaigrette and cider sauce. We continued with a sirloin steak with Neufchâtel cheese, a very good guinea fowl supreme with chorizo, and finally, a delicious profiterole—a delightful little apple cake with a small bottle of Bénédictine to pour over it, which was quite amusing. The setting is pleasant, nothing more, as is the friendly service. The dishes would benefit from a bit more sauce to complement the excellent homemade fries. But it's a good little restaurant offering honest and enjoyable cuisine.

08/03/2026: There was a bit too long a wait between the starter and the main course. My wife ordered trout, but it seems she was served salmon instead. Apart from that, no complaints; the prices were reasonable and the servers were friendly.
