We had a wonderful time at this restaurant! The food was delicious. The staff were exceptionally kind, welcoming, and attentive throughout the meal.
We ate outside by the canal, enjoying the lovely sunshine.
We will gladly return.

A very warm welcome, a lovely setting, excellent food, impeccable service from friendly waiters and the owner. We were delighted with this discovery; we were looking for a restaurant for our 15th wedding anniversary and this was a very pleasant surprise!

The terrace is perfectly situated along the Tanners' Canal! It was very pleasant on this hot evening when we had dinner there. As for the food, service, and atmosphere, the ratings speak for themselves.
I should add that the waiter was friendly and we had a pleasant chat with him. The rest of the staff were also very attentive.
It was a very good evening.

Passing through Dole, we stumbled upon La Petite Venise because there was a table for seven left on the terrace. What a wonderful time we had with friends! Everything was perfect, the servers were friendly and professional, and the food was refined. All this for a very reasonable price. In short, absolutely not a tourist trap like so many places in this kind of touristy area.

The welcome was friendly, however the food was rather unrefined. The spaghetti with clams was simple pasta cooked in oil, and the sweetbreads left much to be desired; they were served without having been trimmed of sinew. Considering the price, it was disappointing, which is a shame.
