I'm not sure if it's a matter of taste, but the Roman pizza I ordered was too salty (ham with black truffle sauce), and the Roman salad with fried chicken also had a lot of sauce, making it a bit too sweet. The tiramisu is worth trying. The atmosphere was nice; we sat outdoors, it was quite stylish, and there was music playing.

Long walk from Versailles Palace but nested in a quiet corner. Need to look for signs or you will missed it. Nice ambience and good food but had to wait quite a while for food.

The shaded terrace is very pleasant in the middle of the castle grounds, and the service is friendly and efficient. However, the large Caesar salad is tiny, with only one chicken nugget, for 20 euros… why be so stingy with the portions? A poor calculation to respect customers, tourists or not.

The food was so-so; I'm still looking for the beef cheek. It was expensive for what you got, but we had a lovely waitress who was really great.

The outdoor terrace is lovely, and I recommend booking in advance. However, despite the limited menu, it took almost two hours to eat due to the wait for our food… the prices are also exorbitantly high, but they have a monopoly on the market since it's one of the only restaurants in the gardens of Versailles.
