08/08/2026: The original galette was edible, but the galette with sausage was a bit difficult because the offal flavor was too strong.
08/08/2026: Made with buckwheat flour, it has a familiar taste to Japanese people, and the crust was crispy and very delicious. Apparently, the first store is in Tokyo. PS. I ordered the compote.
