The setting is magnificent. The meat was good but not exceptional, which is a shame for an establishment whose specialty is meat. The rosé wasn't chilled enough, but the chocolate tart was far too chilled, making it very hard. The service staff were excellent. So, a very mixed experience.

Wow...what an unexpected discovery this magnificent restaurant was! Not being from the area, and my friend and I couldn't find what we were looking for in the 9th arrondissement, we did a Google search at 9:55 pm and saw this restaurant was still open. We called and, luckily, we were able to make a reservation just five minutes before. Once we arrived, it was pure bliss from the aperitif to the digestif. What more can I say about the dry-aged ribeye steak, which was absolutely divine, and the delicious sausage appetizer. My only regret was not having room for dessert. Next time... The waiters and waitresses were very friendly and smiling, which complemented the excellent service. However, I'm deducting one star because the cashier seemed a bit distant with the customer. The bill was quite high, €80 per person, which in my case included an aperitif, starter, dry-aged beef (€45 per piece), a bottle of wine, coffee, and a digestif. In any case, I approve 100% and I recommend this restaurant without hesitation.
