Having just arrived in Nozay, I was very pleasantly surprised. The chef is truly top-notch, offering a sublime blend of herbs for the tasting experience, and the price is very reasonable. This is a great restaurant that successfully blends traditional cuisine with a touch of modernity. The atmosphere is relaxed but not stuffy. A delightful surprise in this small town halfway between Rennes and Nantes.
