An incredible experience for my first time at this restaurant. Everything was perfect, from the amuse-bouche to the dessert. The cuisine is very refined; you discover new flavors and rediscover favorite ingredients, all cooked to perfection. The portions are just right. My new favorite restaurant :)

We thoroughly enjoyed our meal; the dishes were beautifully presented and delicious. The setting is superb, with exposed beams, blue stone walls, and the staircase is definitely worth seeing. The service was quick despite a clear lack of staff—well done, ladies! There were only two of us in the dining room, the restaurant was full, and they were very busy; the bar was covered in glasses that needed washing. We rarely saw a quick, polite smile; the staff seemed rushed, probably due to stress. The sidewalk terrace was open, but who could have managed it? (There were no customers on the terrace). I will gladly return; I don't judge a book by its cover. I wish you continued success in your endeavors. Sincerely, Emmanuelle.
