The restaurant is always perfect, we never regret coming to La Pilotine. We still have artisans who know how to delight us, and the service is impeccable. We highly recommend this place (but please leave us a little room, thank you).
Everything was perfect, but there was a slight issue during the aperitif: we didn't have time to enjoy it properly because the starter arrived quickly.
We'll still be back though! 👍
A flawless experience at Le Pilote restaurant!
A superb discovery: the €49 menu is a true delight from start to finish. The amuse-bouche is delicate, the six warm oysters absolutely excellent, the main courses (fish or meat) are expertly prepared and flavorful, and the dessert was simply heavenly. Warm service, pleasant setting: a must-try in Les Sables-d'Olonne!
A really good address on the sea front. Refined yet simple cuisine. Very well made and tasty. Good and attentive service. Special mention to " the Ulysses Special " a wonderfully sweet caramel, cookies and ice cream affair!
Second visit to La Pilotine, after a visit 2 or 3 years ago. It's still just as good. From the appetizer to the dessert, everything was excellent. Special mention for the warm oysters with their champagne sabayon! One of the very best restaurants in Les Sables. Keep up the good work!
