We were always warmly welcomed, even though we're not locals, and the waitress and the owner were incredibly kind. I'm looking forward to trying the mackerel escabeche or their specialty, the hot oysters. Their brioche with hints of gingerbread, which accompanies the foie gras, is a real treat. My daughter, who's usually a picky eater, finished all of her foie gras and the salmon with pesto, and thoroughly enjoyed the chocolate cream. The fish casserole is delicious with an excellent beurre blanc sauce. As for the apricot pastilla, I loved it because it had the sweetness of the apricot rather than the acidity; I would have liked to taste a bit more pistachio. The restaurant's decor is elegant, you feel close to the ocean, and the view is incredible.

Excellent restaurant with beautifully prepared and delicious dishes. Good service too, with a lovely sea view and reasonable prices. Reservations are recommended as it's often full and has limited seating. You can go there without hesitation.

We were already familiar with this restaurant, having visited several times. This time, we were treated to a gift. Excellent! The meal was delicious and refined from start to finish, the service impeccable—not at all stuffy, but always friendly and welcoming. It's undoubtedly one of the very best restaurants in Les Sables d'Olonne, offering excellent value for money.

A wonderful discovery opposite the statue of Ulysses. A friend had recommended it, and she was right. The warm stuffed oysters are a real treat. I will gladly return on my next visit to Les Sables.
