A wonderful discovery opposite the statue of Ulysses. A friend had recommended it, and she was right. The warm stuffed oysters are a real treat. I will gladly return on my next visit to Les Sables.

We walked in and received a warm welcome. The service was quick and attentive. A great selection of dishes, all delicious. The other customers were respectful of the peace and quiet. I highly recommend it.

An extraordinary lunch (reservations required as the restaurant is often full). The dishes are exquisitely prepared, and the aromas are subtly released, a true delight. Everything is perfectly balanced. Both quantity and quality are excellent. Bravo! The set menus offer exceptional value for money, featuring seasonal produce. A complete menu, already quite elaborate, is available for 27 euros. The atmosphere is refined, and the staff is very attentive.

04/08/2026: The seared tuna was excellent, with enough food to enjoy the rest of the meal. The terrace is very pleasant, with tables spaced far enough apart to avoid feeling crowded. The servers were very friendly.
