28/03/2024: We had a lovely evening, however I was disappointed by the dish which was "Bar" fish which was too dry and stuck to the teeth (I gave it to my table neighbors who thought the same thing) No gesture by the owner who remained surprised by telling me “yet the Bar”. After discussion with my chef, the fish would have been overcooked!!! Damage
