La Place sur Toulon

A pleasant experience, efficient and friendly service. It's a shame the mashed potatoes served with the rosemary chicken weren't up to par (probably powdered). However, everyone (5 at the table) was happy with their meal.

Someone recommended it to me. I was disappointed by the quality of the food, which is consequently very expensive. First attempt: The beef tartare was not great compared to what I've had elsewhere. The fries were frozen, which is disappointing for the price. Second attempt: The andouillette sausage was served with a sauce where I searched for, and am still searching for, the flavor... it was drowning in a sauce that I suspect was ready-made. The fries were still frozen. The milkshake, on the other hand, was delicious. We'll come back just for that, if we have the chance. The atmosphere is very pleasant and the staff very friendly, however, it remains an expensive brasserie for the quality of its food. They should lower the prices under these circumstances or change the chef.

We received a very warm welcome. We came one evening when the brasserie was full due to a concert scheduled in Place de la Liberté. The service was quick, although the waiters seemed a bit disoriented and often went to the wrong tables. The food was very good.

Great experience, I spent the whole afternoon at the bar waiting for my Flixbus, the staff were incredibly attentive. Thanks to the whole team :)

Quick service, pleasant waiter, good and fresh. One year later, very disappointing today. Hot water served when it's 25 degrees outside, and a seafood platter that should be called "fried seafood."

We had a fantastic and enjoyable time with friends at the tavern. From the service, the meal, the dessert, and the waiters and waitresses, to the overall atmosphere, everything was perfect.

I'm a regular at this brasserie and have always been satisfied until today. During my visit, the waitress Marion threw my change on the table, which I found disrespectful and humiliating. I hope this incident is an isolated one and that management will make its staff aware of the importance of courteous service.
