La Plage sur Faverolles-Sur-Cher

What's going on? We were always so happy to come to this friendly place. But this is the second time we've been disappointed. I got my main course while my husband was having dessert. The aperitif was served by a bowlful of ashtray. The salt shaker fell into the fish. The smiles were nowhere to be seen... It's a real shame.

Right on the small beach, perfect location. The servers are very friendly. The appetizer platters are amazing 😜 We went there several times for drinks, but never ate.

Your platters are delicious and very affordable. I came to eat with my son, and I'm sorry to say, but the platter was so generous that we didn't have room to order anything else. The staff was very pleasant. Thank you all.

What a find! We stumbled upon it while strolling along Montrichard beach and had a fantastic time. The setting is incredible; it feels like stepping into a Western movie set with the large teepee, the bison, the old piano... the children were amazed, and so were we. There are details everywhere you look. As for the food, it was impeccable: the smash burger was amazing, and the roasted Camembert was divine. The prices are reasonable for the quality, and there's even a well-thought-out children's menu. Special mention goes to the staff, who were incredibly kind to our baby (high chair available, thoughtful touches), which is rare enough to be worth highlighting. The terrace under the pergola is lovely at the end of the day, and apparently, they have live music on the stage—we'll be back for that! In short, a unique and welcoming spot, the kind you don't find very often anymore. We highly recommend it.

I'm writing this review because I'm tired of seeing reviews that are just mean and unjustified. We're regulars who come often now precisely because of the friendly, family atmosphere and the ever-present smiles and good cheer. The meals are high quality, made with fresh, local ingredients. The service is excellent, and it's important to give young people a chance, especially during peak seasons (we're former restaurant owners). The themed evenings are simply superb; that's precisely why it's such a pleasant place to be. If you're in a rush and want express service, go to McDonald's, but you won't get this level of quality or the warm atmosphere. Our daughter now feels right at home here. I have nothing else to add except that this establishment deserves to be discovered, and you won't be disappointed.
