Fantastic team! A super friendly welcome, very attentive staff (it was 40°C at lunchtime and they brought us carafes of chilled water 💧 very regularly, without us having to ask like in some other restaurants...). They even offered the ladies moist towels to freshen up ☺️. We all thoroughly enjoyed generous salads 🥗 and delicious ice cream sundaes 🍨. Our family had recommended it since we were just passing through for the weekend and we weren't disappointed! Thank you again for your hospitality 😊

We went there just for ice cream and drinks and had no problems whatsoever. Kudos to the waitress who takes orders all by herself.
-1 star because her boss is downright condescending and uses sick leave as an excuse.
The ice cream was great and the decor was nice.

I had high expectations for this bar-restaurant given the setting, but overall I'm torn. So I'm giving it a 2.5.
The positives:
+ The setting with views of the Cher River and the castle, and the beach
+ The decor is a mix of Pirate/Wild West/Jaws/Jurassic Park (yes, it's all over the place)
+ The friendly staff
The negatives:
- The food wasn't anything special
- The wait for the food was far too long
- The glasses were really, really dirty
- No soap in the restrooms, nothing to dry your hands with
- Lots of cobwebs...
- A lukewarm beer and an ice bucket (for the wine)... without ice...

An incredible team, a fantastic owner who makes sure customers don't get impatient, a beautiful place with original decor, inexpensive, and the food is great. Big shout-out to the waiter with the cap—funny and energetic! Overall, everyone was fantastic, a super time. I'll be back for my ribs! 😉👌🤙👍

The staff were incredibly friendly. I was skeptical at first after reading the Google reviews... Honestly, I just don't understand some of them!
The atmosphere is really great; we were greeted with big smiles and they're super nice. As for the food, it was excellent, and the portions were generous!
I recommend it for a relaxing evening.

A very warm welcome, truly friendly and smiling staff, attentive to their guests.
