I very rarely leave reviews, but I wanted to highlight the kindness of the people who work there. The server who primarily looked after us was incredibly kind and patient and made us feel very comfortable. The second server was also very pleasant. Furthermore, the cooks did a fantastic job; the food was excellent.

While passing through Angoulême, we stumbled upon this restaurant which was a real treat! Superb food and the menus were more than generous considering the size of the place, it was excellent!

We stumbled upon this little restaurant after 1 p.m., not expecting much in terms of quality, but everything was excellent, including the children's menu. Hand-cut meat, homemade nuggets, delicious fries: you can tell everything is homemade, and the service is friendly. The lunch special at €11.50 for the dish of the day, a glass of wine, and coffee is perfect. The table next to us was having fondue. At lunchtime in August, it must be good!

We had a great time at this restaurant.
We ate on the terrace, which was lovely.
My son was delighted with his grilled dish (chicken curry, duck breast, beef).
The children's menu is simple, tasty, and very generous.
The mussels in curry sauce were delicious.
I would just change the cooking pots for the mussels.
