05/08/2026: Excellent restaurant located within the city walls and slightly removed from the main square. Refined cuisine, elegant presentation, impeccable service.
02/08/2026: The food is good and the service is excellent. It's worth taking the time to avoid just walking into the first restaurant you see and getting lost in the town of Aigues-Mortes. Long live 100% homemade cuisine! If I didn't live so far away, I'd be a regular.
