I'm rediscovering this restaurant after several months. Bravo for the flavors! Flawless in the pairings. Fresh and flavorful cuisine with fresh, expertly prepared ingredients. A chef who not only knows how to work but is also welcoming and attentive to your well-being. I've been coming to Aigues-Mortes for a long time, and many restaurants change chefs or close down... Alas! For me, this is number one in Aigues-Mortes proper.

Second visit and still just as exceptional!
A 1 hour 15 minute drive to get here, and it's absolutely worth it.
Delicious and refined dishes, beautifully presented, in an elegant and sophisticated setting.
A huge congratulations to the entire team, both front and back of house, for their professionalism and passion.
A must-visit!
