This restaurant is a real gem. Excellent cuisine, a warm welcome, and impeccable service: everything is there for an exceptional experience. You can feel the passion in every detail. An address that deserves to be known, recommended, and above all… revisited very soon!

Excellent from start to finish. The dishes are fresh, flavorful, truly 100% homemade, and you can taste the difference. The server was very attentive and kind. We had a very pleasant time at Aromatik and will definitely be back.

Fantastic discovery this lunchtime.
A warm welcome and friendly service, yet professional nonetheless.
A short, seasonal menu.
Perfectly cooked dishes, harmonious presentation both visually and in terms of taste.
A lovely wine list and excellent wines by the glass.
A delightful moment in the heart of the historic city. Bravo!

The food was delicious. You can see that everything is fresh and homemade. The staff is also very friendly (even to children ❤️). The restroom was spotless as well. Overall, a really great restaurant that makes a very good impression.

Our lunch was so good it could be a reason on it’s own to visit Aigues-Mortes.
New and exciting tastes, immaculate preparation of the dishes and very good and friendly service.
We were actually looking for a lunch a little bit cheaper than € 49 per person, but a three course meal this good is actually a bargain at this price. Location is nice and calm and only just around the corner from the busy square with much more touristy restaurants. Well worth the visit!

The food was very good.
Reasonably priced and generous portions.
Very professional and pleasant.
But the service was very disappointing, a real shame.
One waitress was chewing gum in front of customers, and she was also applying makeup and redoing her eyelashes in front of customers... The second waitress was vaping in front of customers and on her phone (Instagram).
A serious lack of professionalism.
