Excellent food, friendly atmosphere and top-notch staff!

This is a truly wonderful place where everything is perfect: the service is both discreet and professional, the dishes offer surprising and delicious flavor combinations, the presentation is exquisite, and the overall ambiance is delightful. A great find and a place I highly recommend and will gladly return to on my next visit to Aigues-Mortes. Best of luck. Didier

This is a wonderful restaurant. The place is charming and our waitress was friendly and attentive. When we said we didn’t speak French, she brought over the manager? (Not sure) who patiently described every item on the menu. The best thing about it, however, is the food. It is inventive, with ingredients you would not typically expect to be together, but work brilliantly. everything is super fresh - the food is seasonal, reflecting the local sourcing. It’s also beautifully presented, as you can see from my photos. We both had the crostillant de filet de rouget, a white fish in filo pastry, with fava beans and other things I’m forgetting. I will say the dish seemed slightly overcooked, but it was still delicious. To start, we split a melon and duck dish that was delicious as well. It included cured duck (almost like a jerky) - something I had never had. For dessert, we shared a hazelnut and chocolate mousse with an ice cream center and hazelnut crumbles. Very reasonably priced for such upscale food, costing just over 40 euros each for lunch

A truly wonderful discovery! The dishes are exquisitely crafted, both in flavor and presentation. Each plate offers a genuine harmony of tastes, with sophisticated and perfectly balanced combinations. You can feel the care taken with every detail. The portions are also very generous, which makes the experience even more enjoyable. Special mention goes to the set menu, which I highly recommend: it allows you to discover the full creativity and quality of the cuisine. An excellent experience from start to finish; I will gladly return. Absolutely delicious!

A must-visit! Refined cuisine, a very warm welcome, and high-quality ingredients. Avoid the central square where the restaurants are mostly tourist traps and of poor quality. Aromatik is the restaurant to go to; the prices are very reasonable. Kudos to the team at this place; we'll definitely be back.
