La Potence sur Remelfing

This isn't our first time eating at this restaurant, but it is the first time we've ordered the set menu. We were very impressed by the presentation of the dishes and especially by the taste. Your carpaccio at lunchtime was a marvel of flavor. The main course, a slow-cooked pork tenderloin, was excellent. And finally, dessert! 😋 Well done and thank you! We had a lovely time at your restaurant.

A truly wonderful discovery! We had a fantastic time at La Potence. The meal was remarkable from start to finish. Each dish was as elegant as it was delicious, featuring high-quality ingredients, perfectly balanced flavor combinations, and a presentation worthy of a fine dining restaurant. From the amuse-bouches to the desserts, everything was a genuine pleasure. The service was impeccable: welcoming, professional, attentive, and full of excellent advice. The restaurant's ambiance is warm and refined, perfect for a lovely evening. Only two minor details prevent us from calling it absolutely flawless: the beef dish was a little fattier than we would have preferred, and the cooking was slightly uneven, with some of the meat rare and some medium-rare. However, these are minor points considering the overall quality of the experience. An excellent restaurant that we highly recommend.
