Don't come alone to eat, otherwise she won't greet you with a smile, or you might even feel like you're bothering her. Otherwise, at lunchtime, it's a real working-class restaurant: lively atmosphere, a set menu, and lots of regulars.

We enjoyed our stay; the staff were friendly and welcoming. The food was good but could perhaps be improved. I found it a bit expensive for the quality, which is why I'm not giving it 5 stars.

The owner was very kind to accept us even though she was about to close. The menu at €23 was very decent, with a creamy soup and a well-crafted turkey sauté. I recommend the dry cheese. Kindness and attention at all times. And the Côte du Rhône is easy to drink. In the end, fate led us to the right place.

We were in a hurry, without a reservation, and we were still able to have lunch, and quickly, despite a full room. Very good meal, good products, a kind welcome, we couldn't ask for anything more, thank you! :)

28/02/2026: A stop on the holiday route. Quick and friendly service. Quality food. Children's menu at €12.50. Generous shepherd's pies. Recommended.
21/02/2026: A warm welcome, quick service, and very friendly waiters. A varied menu with something for everyone. The bill came to €19.50 per person, including a main course and a non-alcoholic drink. We'll be back!

Hotel du Nord

13/01/2026: A truly excellent family-run establishment, just the way I like them. It's in the top 3 best restaurants in the Maurienne Valley, boasts a wine list worth exploring, and the food is superb – a truly high-quality restaurant. The hotel is ideally located and the staff are very friendly. 👍
22/09/2025: This place is a little gem! The stopover package is great: minimalist room but very comfortable bedding, balcony, thoughtful little touches. The evening meal was delicious and the breakfast just as much: Valérie is a perfect hostess and Philippe takes care of delighting our taste buds, can't wait to go back :)
