We had a wonderful stay in this superb place. The welcome was perfect and very attentive, our room very cozy, decorated with care and taste...we really enjoyed our stay. We will be back with great pleasure. Thank you for this wonderful discovery.

After this third stay at the Auberge de la Poulciere, this is the perfect place to forget about everyday worries. A charming little place nestled in a green setting in the heart of a forest. Peace, serenity, relaxation... Ideal for recharging your batteries and getting back to basics. The rooms are absolutely perfect and decorated with great taste and class. The owners are fabulous: helpful, friendly... but above all, their warm welcome makes the stay most enjoyable. I would come back. My haven of peace in the heart of nature.

Very nice accommodation! Absolutely quiet location, great hikes directly from the room or in the nearby area. The owners are really friendly and helpful. The breakfast is delicious. We'll be back.

17/04/2026: A fantastic experience at La Taverne Alsacienne! We went as a family with our daughter Lou, and everything went perfectly. She had ham and fries and loved it, which is always a good sign 😄 My wife chose a veal escalope with cream sauce, and I had a baeckeoffe: a real treat! The dishes were generous and delicious, with typical Alsatian flavors. Special mention for the service, which was impeccable: quick, friendly, and professional. We highly recommend it 👍

BRASSERIE DE L 'HOTEL DE VILLE

27/04/2026: We arrived around noon with a friend and his dad. I was hesitating between a crispy chicken tender burger and a wild garlic tomme cheese burger, and the smoked bacon and Munster cheese burger. They were so kind and changed the cheese on my burger before I even ordered, asking if I'd like the wild garlic cheese instead! It was excellent! Very little wait, fast service, superb quality, fresh and local ingredients, staff who were attentive to our well-being, and for dessert they even gave us mini madeleines with our order! I'll definitely be back! 😚🤗
