Good location , welcoming staff . We used the paid secure parking . The view from the breakfast room is excellent . The privilege room was very comfortable and had good WiFi .

Beautiful hotel, well located (close to the historic center, beach and port). The privilege room is nicely decorated and well equipped! The breakfast place with the sea view is really great. Thank you for the welcoming and caring staff

Very classy. Very pleasant staff. Very complete breakfast with lots of choice and a great view of the sea. Small downside on the room which is small, the toilet with drippings of tartar (not normal for this standard), but well equipped with hair dryer, kettle, tea, coffee, small sofa. €240 per night for a sea view…I would say parking and roadworks view as well as a very noisy and busy road!!! Far from the calm and tranquility hoped for! Your prices are prohibitive compared to the service offered for a room banal, poorly soundproofed and a breakfast that is way too expensive. It would be interesting to offer two prices for those who do not brunch Very disappointed with our experience at Mercury in Dieppe (room 110)! I do not recommend the place in any way Despite having clarified this at reception when we left! Furthermore, no little attention despite having specified that we were treating ourselves to this stay for our wedding anniversary… too bad Furthermore, during check out, they wanted to charge us for bar drinks even though we had not consumed anything (the same goes for the people in front of us) There are fundamentally things to change!

J'ai payée pour une chambre avec une vue sur la mer. Ils ont refusé de me donner la chambre pour laquelle j'ai payé. Si ce n'était pas que la chambre n'était pas remboursable, je serais partie. J'ai eu tellement de mauvaises expériences avec Mercure que je n'utiliserai plus jamais la chaîne.

Very clean hotel and room. Ideally located on the seafront. Very friendly and competent staff.

A very warm welcome from the hotel staff and in particular from Manuella at the hotel bar. Smiling, pleasant and very professional person. However, the quality/price ratio of the room is excessive for a Mercury.

Very warm welcome from Olivier, the hotel is well located and has parking. The bar is friendly and the bar menu allows you to eat. We did not try the restaurant which is independent of the hotel

I would give no stars for the disgusting, mouldy big toenail in the bathroom. This was the first thing i noticed in my room! Luckily, the sea view at the breakfast, good food ( nothing fancy but good quality and very reasonable choice) and very friendly and helpful staff improved my opinion. I would really give much higher notes but this toenail was unacceptable!
