We had an excellent gourmet lunch here last Friday. Service was impeccable, the room was beautiful and the food was amazing. Well worth the price.

Beautiful and well-maintained guesthouse. The Sorgue River flows under the house; it's very pretty.
But upon arriving at 5:25 PM, there was no one to greet us. Not a single person. It's a shame. A real shame. We hadn't received any instructions. My phone number was given with two digits reversed, and this error prevented me from receiving the instructions.
The staff is extraordinary. Truly so pleasant and professional. Magnificent meals, five trips to the guesthouse. The room is lovely. Complimentary tray with coffee, tea, and herbal teas. Thank you.
IMPORTANT NOTE: Please ask the neighbor across the hall to close their curtains.

Ate at the restaurant and it was amazing. Such a creative and delicious way of fusing flavors. Our family of five raved after every course. Besides the food being amazing, the ambience was spectacular. We sat outside, nestled in the courtyard, but the inside was smart and elegant as well. The service was great and each course was timed perfectly. Loved everything about it and would recommend highly to everyone visiting L’isle-sur-la-Sorgue- or even driving out of the way for it.

This is a little treasure. We stayed only one night as part of a cycling holiday in Provence. The hotel is charming with a lovely mixture of antique and simple French furniture. The river Sorgue runs through the hotel! I would recommend a stay here.

Restaurant only.
Beautiful setting, lovely garden and dining rooms. Friendly and pleasant service.
The food however was surprisingly poor. It was like an attempt at fine dining but being executed by someone that had only seen photos of fine dining food. There was really no substance to it and we left regretting choosing this restaurant when there are so many other great restaurants in the region.
There should be a separate listing for the restaurant from the hotel to get a real sense of the rating.

We went for dinner.
Absolutely recommended.
Seven exquisite courses. Perfectly presented. Every course was delicious, with exciting combinations (Indo-French fusion).
The wine pairings were very interesting and excellent; the sommelier did a great job in a challenging setting.
We'll be back.

Hello, last week I dined at La Prévôté restaurant, and I thoroughly enjoyed the creative and harmonious combination of flavors, the passionate chef, and the team! I dined there a second time last night (a week later), and we had the same impression. The chef even served us two surprise additions to the menu (a very nice touch)! We would therefore like to congratulate the restaurant team on their ambition to explore Provençal flavors with a touch of Indian creativity.
