La Quille sur Mulhouse

Being Italian, I find French-style food a bit unusual. However, I must admit I enjoyed it. It would have been better if the first course had been different, as it was a sort of anchovy hummus... I would have preferred fried anchovies! The second course was a delicious falafel dish, all accompanied by excellent bread and a good Alsatian beer.

A wonderful evening for two at La Quille! A friendly atmosphere, a warm welcome, and a great time. We'll gladly come back!

If it were possible to give a sixth star, I'd give it a seventh. Incredible food, impeccable service! The team at La Quille is by far the friendliest in Mulhouse. Go for it, you won't regret it.

You don't find kitchens that close at 10pm on every street corner, and this one is worth the detour! Enjoy it with a selection of quality wines and spirits, and even some nice nolo drinks.

The servers explain the wines well and don't hesitate to pour us a small glass so we can taste it, and to change it if it doesn't suit us.

We stumbled upon this place by chance, and it exceeded our expectations. The menu looked fantastic, but we had already had tarte flambée elsewhere. The wine tasting was a real highlight, with great wines and passionate explanations. The atmosphere felt more French than typically Alsatian. We’ll definitely be back!

It's been a few months now since I became a true devotee of Paupiette's cuisine. I didn't frequent the city center very often before discovering that La Quille had created a second location dedicated to lunch. The menu is vibrant, bursting with freshness, and, to the delight of food lovers, it changes weekly. It's a truly welcoming place, with a pleasant terrace tucked away from the traffic. The service is on par with the food: attentive, warm, and delivered by a wonderfully kind team. It was thanks to them that I discovered a hoppy kombucha, which has since become my little Proustian madeleine with each visit. All this at remarkably reasonable prices considering the quality of the ingredients and the care put into the dishes. Special mention also goes to the bread, which is always excellent. It's a detail that's become quite significant, given how difficult it is to find a restaurant that offers bread of this quality. I wholeheartedly recommend this place, especially after our conversation today about our shared passion for fine timepieces.
