La Ramasse sur Lanslebourg-Mont-Cenis

A small restaurant in Moncenisio: it's called a "polenteria" because it serves polenta in various ways (depending on the season), along with local appetizers and a good wine list. Excellent selection of ingredients, including polenta flour (coarsely ground "pignoletto rosso"). The owner is friendly, attentive, and helpful. The atmosphere is quiet, small, and peaceful. Parking is available near the restaurant (limited spaces), but there are excellent options nearby. Highly recommended; prices are in line with the quality of the products used.

After a morning spent wandering the woods and waterfalls, at 1:30 PM I can't find anything to eat. But then, at 2:00 PM, I pass Ramasse and it's open. I try to go in (expecting to be told the kitchen is already closed), but instead they let me sit down. The place is small but tasteful. There's not a lot of seating, but the service is excellent and everything is very relaxing. They're very kind and helpful. But above all, the food is divine. There's not a lot of choice... true... but whatever you choose is quality. If you're in the area, give it a try.

This is the place to be if you go up from Valle di Susa up in the mountains! The traditional polenta is served with different local food in an authentic gourmet style. The owner has very good recommendations for wines. The ambiance is traditional and very tasteful for this mountain village of Moncenisio at the border between Italy and France. The scenery around La Ramasse is stunning and plan gorgeous

A charming little restaurant in Ferrera Moncenisio. The polenta was divine and the portions were just right. A wide selection of wines, and the desserts were excellent. Kudos to the owners for their professionalism and friendliness. We'll definitely be back!

Very nice atmosphere, excellent food, great hospitality. The owner is very kind, friendly, and knowledgeable.

A very charming place in a beautiful landscape. The menu is limited, as are the portions. Wine is served exclusively by the bottle. The service is fortunately rare, and never from the owner, who always arrogantly responds to our every request and encourages us to carefully read the menu! The bill was steep, but the owner's professionalism comes at a price. There were four of us, motorcyclists, who regularly review places throughout the region, and we all agree on the above. Good work!
