We discovered this family-run restaurant during our stay in St. Malo, and what a pleasant surprise it was! The food was so delicious that it was returned so clean and ready to be put away, and the warm welcome from the owners, who are truly passionate about their work, was also a highlight. A restaurant we discovered by chance... but a very pleasant surprise. A very warm welcome and quick service. The homemade dishes are beautifully presented, served on hot plates. The prices are reasonable. We'll be back.

We absolutely loved La Rance restaurant! Everything was absolutely perfect. The dishes were of a remarkable standard: we chose the sea bass and the hake, and each plate was a complete success. The cooking was masterful, the side dishes exquisitely prepared, and the sauces… simply exceptional, full of flavor and perfectly balanced. The desserts (mille-feuille and profiteroles) were of the same caliber: generous, indulgent, and impeccable. Not a single flaw from beginning to end. The service deserves just as much praise: quick, seamless, and above all, incredibly warm and welcoming. The owner, in the dining room, was exceptionally kind and attentive, always smiling and taking great care of her guests. The chef, in the kitchen, demonstrated true expertise and an obvious passion in every dish. A huge congratulations to the owner and his wife for their outstanding work! You can feel their genuine dedication and sincere desire to please. An unmissable address that we recommend without the slightest hesitation: here, we are close to excellence.
