During a business trip to the region, I stayed at the Hotel La Redoute in Les Rousses on a half-board basis with my colleagues. It was a very good experience. The staff were truly available and attentive, which is much appreciated when you're on assignment. As for the food, we ate very well: very fresh ingredients and high-quality cuisine. A special mention goes to the last evening when the team kindly agreed to modify the meal so I could enjoy an excellent Jura fondue. I highly recommend this hotel.

We had a wonderful stay at the Hôtel Restaurant La Redoute. For a 3-star hotel, it's hard to expect better: everything was excellent. The breakfast was plentiful and of high quality. We also ate at the restaurant in the evening, enjoying a raclette, which was superb. Special mention goes to the person who handles breakfast and morning service: very kind, helpful, and welcoming. This made our stay even more enjoyable.
