Very good restaurant, remember to book

One downside for the baked St. Nectaire...the potatoes weren't cooked. This may be exceptional. Some guests were satisfied with the burger and the sweetbreads. Has there been a change of ownership? I didn't dare ask or say anything.

Very good, and good, maybe a little too classy for a worker like me. Nice wine and water glasses, double cutlery, no paper placemats with the local company's ad or paper tablecloths. Maybe missing the cheese. And the room is small, so it fills up quickly. Remember to book, but otherwise it's really good.

We had lunch at this small, simple hotel restaurant. The daily menu is excellent value for money. There were a few minor issues with the dessert cream, but the owner resolved the issue with a smile, and that's the main thing. A no-nonsense, no-fuss place, where you feel good. Thank you for your smile.

A very warm welcome, the dishes are generous and delicious. We particularly recommend the roasted St Nectaire cheese.
