What can I say? PERFECT FROM START TO FINISH! I chose this restaurant because it was close to where we were staying in our campervan, but mainly because of the great reviews! And frankly, it's so well deserved. The place is incredible and unique, Fred, the manager, is lovely and helpful, he runs the restaurant with passion, and the food is high quality, just like everything else. We came with our two daughters, aged 3 and 9, who aren't usually fans of fondue, but the result: they devoured everything! Don't hesitate, it's a wonderful place ❤️ Until next time! We booked this restaurant on the recommendation of a mountain bike rental shop in Metabief... We did a quick search online and... well, we weren't disappointed. The menu is incredibly simple, but the food was divine! If you're looking for extensive menus, this isn't for you, but you'll be missing out! The owner clearly loves his work and his region. They use local products and have a beer selection you won't find anywhere else, featuring both mainstream and Belgian and German beers that are simply irresistible. In short, as you've probably gathered, this is a must-visit if you're in the area! One last thing: remember to bring your checkbook (yes, I know, they're becoming rare) or cash, as they don't accept credit cards. But we'll forgive them because you'll have such a wonderful time with family or friends.

A warm welcome in a welcoming setting, run by a humble person. High-quality, local, and artisanal products. The reputation of this unique little restaurant is clearly well-established, and I understand why! I will definitely return on my next trip to the Doubs region!

At the end of July, we were on holiday in the region. Having eaten Savoyard and Swiss fondues before, we were recommended this restaurant to try the Comté cheese fondue. Wow, I think of the three fondues I tried, this was my favorite! The atmosphere and the taste were fantastic. It was sunny, over 30°C outside, and this fondue was perfectly cooked and digested. I hope to return to La Remise someday.

A unique place worth discovering. The owner is very welcoming. The fondue is delicious. The flambéed coffee is a delightful way to end the meal. I highly recommend this restaurant.

Excellent fondue where the owner comes to explain what type of Comté cheese was used. Local charcuterie can be added to the fondue. The homemade ice cream and cocktails are excellent, and the owner is very attentive. The oil lamp lighting creates a very cozy atmosphere.
