The cuisine is authentic, homemade, and incredibly flavorful, with recipes prepared according to time-honored traditions. The butter chicken was absolutely delicious, and the cheese naans were exceptional. Probably the best Indian restaurant I've ever tasted: a truly memorable experience, both for the food and for the atmosphere and passion that permeates it.
