We opted for the set menu and it was a true delight from start to finish. The charcuterie appetizers were excellent, and the tomato salad with cheese (absolutely divine) was delicious. The wood-fired meat was superb. The veal sauté was melt-in-your-mouth tender. The chestnut cake to finish was also succulent. I highly recommend it.

19/04/2026: What a wonderful discovery this restaurant was! The food was plentiful and high-quality, and the service was impeccable!
11/04/2026: Excellent restaurant with a fantastic menu of incredibly delicious dishes. The staff is extremely friendly (especially the two young waiters) and takes the time to explain the dishes and their ingredients. The lovely terrace, complete with misters and a large fan, allows you to dine outdoors despite the heat. The gourmet coffee was sublime: the best I've ever tasted, with generous portions of desserts. A must-try on Place Paoli in Corte. A truly wonderful experience guaranteed.
