A wonderful discovery in Place Saint-Michel! Le Rizana offers delicious, generous, and well-presented cuisine. The Lebanese dishes are authentic, the ingredients fresh, and the flavors perfectly balanced. The setting is pleasant, with a direct view of the basilica—perfect for lunch or dinner on the terrace. 09/12/2025: The €25 set menu (starter/main/dessert) is very good value. The portions are generous, and you leave feeling full. The decor is quite nice too, with a Bordeaux bistro feel. However, during lunchtime service, I noticed a rather unpleasant smell inside the restaurant. Otherwise, it's very good for lunch.

10/07/2025: An institution, very good. We know why we go there and we are not disappointed. Special mention for the profiteroles.
09/07/2025: Fun experience. As the reader probably knows, they serve only salad, fries and steak along with a dessert menu and full bar. I really enjoyed this. They open at 7:00 and typically there is a line but it moves quickly once they open. You also get served quickly too. The salad is outstanding (leaf with a light vinaigrette: Perfect for summer). The fries are, well fries. The French always do fries very well. Finally the steak: Its really good. I'm not a huge butter sauce person (would prefer more acidity) but again, the French do meat sauces well and this place is no exception. I highly recommned you go if the opportunity arises.
