30/05/2026: A wonderful discovery! The welcome at Timgad is truly excellent: the staff are incredibly kind and very professional. The establishment is well-maintained, with spotless and very clean restrooms, which is always a great sign. I enjoyed a truly excellent mint tea there. I took photos of the menus to give you an idea of ​​what's on offer. I highly recommend this place!

The chicken tagine with lemon was less flavorful. The gentleman who served us was very busy but remained friendly. A great little place that I recommend.

The servers are very friendly, and as for the food, I discovered the Messi of cheese naan, the CR7 of merguez sausage, and the Neymar of samosas. I was transported to India for an hour. It is with great pride that I recommend the tasting menu.

The only slight downside was the proximity to other customers; there wasn't much privacy. However, the decor was nice. As for the food, the tasting menu is fantastic for discovering Indian and Pakistani culinary culture, a journey of delights to the desert, executed like a Premier League match orchestrated by Pep Guardiola (be warned, the menu isn't a portion for two people, but rather for three; I felt like I'd just eaten a Djokovic serve!). An extraordinary experience from the Neymar Jr. of banana sauce.

04/06/2026: I absolutely loved it! From the welcome to the service and the food, everything was perfect! An atmosphere truly authentic to Morocco 🇲🇦! We enjoyed ourselves from beginning to end! I highly recommend this wonderful restaurant (book by phone to avoid being turned away, as it's very often full!). They offer unlimited refills of couscous, the portions are more than generous, and you can taste the freshness of the ingredients and the Moroccan culinary expertise! A special mention for the service; the waiters were attentive and explained each dish to us! We can't wait to go back!

04/04/2026: The managers are very welcoming and warm, but the interactions with customers are a bit too noisy. The service is quick and efficient. However, having eaten many Moroccan dishes, this restaurant won't be among my favorites. It's quite good, but far from the authentic Moroccan flavors I was hoping to find. The tea, on the other hand, is very good, and I was still pleased to discover the place for its unique decor.
