Positive point: The products are of good quality. The ice cream is very good. Negative point: Your pizzas are really lacking in toppings 🍕, especially the children's menu (€14 for a pizza with a tiny bit of cheese, see photo). The prices are a bit high.

Italian cuisine just the way we like it, fast service, and all this in a great atmosphere thanks to the owners Sandro and Florence, and their waiters, who offer you the warmest of welcomes.

Unfortunately, it was a mixed experience... Despite having a reservation in advance, the wait was excessively long. We waited for our food for almost an hour, and it was even longer for some tables around us (who had also made reservations). I can understand the concept of a busy period, the workload related to it being a long weekend with particularly beautiful weather for the end of May. Overall, we're quite understanding. In this specific case, however, I personally struggled with the reactions and justifications of, I believe, the owner. His response to the dissatisfaction and complaints of his customers was: "It's busy," repeated ad nauseam, in a tone that was more nonchalant than contrite. Is this the very first time this restaurant has been full? Am I to understand that the staff is incapable of managing the number of open seats and that, as a customer, I'm expected to suffer the consequences without complaint? His response to the difficulties faced by his overwhelmed staff: reprimand them. Yet, he himself didn't seem particularly effective in his duties. Instead of blaming the high volume of customers, perhaps he should consider managing the flow of people, the number of open seats, or even the number of takeout orders accepted at any given time... It's particularly unpleasant, given the long wait, to see people leaving the restaurant with their takeout orders. It's also very unpleasant, and unprofessional, for customers to witness the reprimands directed at the entire team. I believe the owner tried to adjust the flow of customers, giving the kitchen time to catch up, but the action came far too late to be effective (and the strategy, honestly, seemed completely haphazard). Of course, no compensation was offered. Add to that the stifling heat inside, and even the food wasn't enough to make up for it... The pizzas were very good and of high quality; there's no denying that. The price was reasonable considering the quality of the meal and the restaurant's location. Unfortunately, under these circumstances, it was hard to ask for more, and we left without trying the desserts. We doubt we'll ever go back. What a shame.
