Excellent address. Local products cooked brilliantly. Generous dishes full of flavors. Perfect service. Advice and kindness. Good customer contact. Honestly, go there, you won't be disappointed. Lamb shank to die for, just like the vegetarian tagine. Short menu out of respect for the products.

The window of the restaurant is beautiful but the cuisine needs to be reviewed, a lamb shank for 32 euros inedible mouse too hard, full of nerves and the waiter tells me they can't do anything, not even an excuse, don't go there, they lack everything there is no pastis, no mojito, no tortillas, only bread HELP RUN AWAY!

Down compared to last year, no more royal couscous, no more “homemade” bread and very expensive lamb shanks with honey. ... Everything is very well cooked and the welcome is warm. Watch out for the competition!

29/06/2024: Deux jours très proche, mais durant celui-ci, toujours aucun souci, une vraie Karte, avec du choix, du personnel sympathique, et de bons conseils, qui s’adapter aux clients. Un moment de ravissement en plein cœur de Saint-Rémy de Provence
08/06/2024: Full service resort environment with attractive pool and grounds & amenities. Main lobby appears to be a bit “corporate”. Nice rooms with lots of windows and large bathroom. Car service into and out of the town was very helpful.
